Piss in the Pool 2010
Last Thursday and Friday Andrew Tay, co-artistic director of the dance company Wants&Needs, invited me to the 6th edition of Piss in the Pool. I am entirely new to the contemporary dance scene so I have no real knowledge of this art form. However I must say that this show was thoroughly entertaining and unlike anything I have ever experienced. Perhaps this is due to the fact that Andrew Tay and Sasha Kleinplatz collaborate in order to bring dance outside of its traditional setting, engaging it with diverse mediums and making it pertinent to a wider variety of people. They definitely got me hooked.
